Shipping Information:

All items include free shipping and handling within the United States. Items shipped to Canada, require an additional charge of $12.00 US dollars per order.

We prepare most of our orders for next day shipping with the following schedule:

3:15pm Cut-off for USPS Priority Mail and 1st Class Mail

3:45pm Cut-off for UPS Ground Shipping

Typically most orders received prior to 5:00pm are packaged and shipped the next day.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We strive to purchase high-quality products from select manufacturers that adhere to quality standards.

You may return an order (the entire order, or specific products from an order) within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping cost. All products must be in their original packaging and be otherwise "complete" and undamaged. Products returned without their originally packaging may be assessed a return charge if such lack of packaging deems the product un-sellable.

A cable that has failed within a 30 day return period will be replaced with the same, equivalent, or better quality cable. If we can not supply you with an immediate replacement, we will refund or credit your account for the original purchase price of the failed product in question. Products returned to us due to a failure must be (shipping) pre-paid, but within the 30 day return period. We will not accept product back for refund (or credit) after 30 days.

Why are your cables so cheap?

We purchase our cables directly from the manufacturer, or distributor in bulk, obtaining the best possible price for a particular cable. The focus of our products is "quality" and "price", while attractive packaging is considered secondary. We use "OEM" packaging for most of our cable products. So we avoid the use of fancy overpriced packaging to reduce cost.

In addition, cables typically found at most "big box retailers" have pricing agreements set by vendors whereby the retailer must sell their products at certain minimum prices - often resulting in 200-400% price markups. We refuse to sell products that come with such agreements, resulting in wholesale price to you "the customer".

Have your products been tested to meet all industry specifications?

Products supplied by our manufacturer have been certified for successfully completing testing at the HDMI Authorized Test Center with respect to the product quality, functionality and specification.
